Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

BioBridge Internships Pvt Ltd ("BioBridge") invests upfront in mentor allocation, LMS provisioning, project kits and certification infrastructure as soon as a student enrolls. This refund policy is designed to be fair to both the student and the program operations, and is in line with industry norms followed by leading EdTech and internship platforms in India.

2. Cooling-off window — 100% refund

You may cancel within 48 hours of payment AND before accessing more than 10% of the LMS content, whichever is earlier, for a full refund of the program fee. Payment gateway charges (typically 2–3%) and GST already remitted to the government are non-refundable.

3. Pro-rated refund window

From 48 hours up to 7 calendar days after payment, and provided you have completed less than 25% of the program modules:
  • 75% refund of the base program fee.
  • GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

4. No refund window

After 7 calendar days from payment, OR once you have accessed more than 25% of the modules, attended a mentor session, or downloaded the program kit — no refund will be processed. This is because mentor slots, project resources and certification reservations have been allocated.

5. Program cancellation by BioBridge

If BioBridge cancels a program before it commences, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid (including GST) within 10 working days, or you may choose to transfer to another program of equal value at no extra cost.

6. Duration upgrade & transfer

You may upgrade to a longer duration plan at any time by paying the difference in fees plus applicable GST. Transfer to a different specialization is allowed once, within the first 7 days, subject to availability of seats.

7. Non-refundable items

  • GST already deposited with the government.
  • Payment gateway / convenience fees.
  • Certificate re-issuance, name-change or duplicate copy fees.
  • Donations, scholarships, or amounts paid under promotional codes.

8. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval. Refunds to international cards may take up to 15 working days depending on the bank.

9. How to request a refund

Email refunds@biobridgeind.com from your registered email ID with:
  • Full name and registered mobile number.
  • Application ID and program name.
  • Reason for cancellation.
  • Payment receipt / transaction ID.
Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 working days and complete the review within 7 working days.

10. Disputes

We strongly encourage you to write to us first. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to mediation followed by the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
