Terms of Use

By accessing or using www.biobridgeind.com and any related services (the "Platform") operated by BioBridge Internships Pvt Ltd ("BioBridge", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or 16–18 with verifiable parental consent, and a bona-fide student, graduate or working professional in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Food Technology, Biomedical or related disciplines.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at registration, keep credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Internship fees are displayed in INR and are exclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise. All payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner. A valid tax invoice is issued for every paid enrollment. Programs commence only after successful payment.

BioBridge will provide LMS access, curriculum modules, mentor support, industry project assignments and an evaluation leading to a verifiable digital certificate, as described on the program page. Specific module coverage depends on the duration plan selected at enrollment.

You agree NOT to:

• Share, resell or redistribute course materials or LMS content.
• Misrepresent identity, qualifications or assessment submissions.
• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape data or reverse-engineer systems.
• Forge, modify or misuse any BioBridge certificate.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, certificate revocation and legal action.

All curriculum, videos, projects, branding, software and certificates are the sole property of BioBridge and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. A limited, non-transferable, revocable licence is granted to enrolled students for personal learning only.

Certificates are issued only on (a) full fee payment, (b) completion of required modules, and (c) successful evaluation. Each certificate carries a unique ID, QR code and is verifiable at /verify. BioBridge reserves the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraud.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for high uptime and quality, BioBridge does not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific career outcomes such as job placement, salary or admissions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioBridge's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific program in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold BioBridge, its directors, employees and partners harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct that we reasonably believe harms the Platform or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, and will first be referred to mediation in good faith.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
