Special Programme 1
1 Day · 8 Hours

One Day Industry Immersion Programme

“One Day. Lifetime Exposure.”

Students experience a complete industrial laboratory environment regardless of their academic discipline. The day is built around exposure, not specialization — so every student leaves knowing how real testing laboratories work.

Programme fee: ₹999 per participant. Open to all students — register individually online.

Session 2 — Laboratory tour

Every section of a working laboratory

Students walk through each department and see how a sample travels from the receiving counter to a signed report.

Pharmaceutical Testing Laboratory

Assay, dissolution, impurity and stability testing of drug products against pharmacopoeial monographs.

Food Testing Laboratory

Nutritional analysis, additives, contaminants and shelf-life studies under FSSAI requirements.

Water Testing Laboratory

Drinking, packaged and waste water analysis against BIS and environmental limits.

Microbiology Laboratory

Sterility, bioburden, pathogen detection, media preparation and aseptic handling.

Instrumentation Laboratory

Chromatography and spectroscopy suite where high-end analytical data is generated.

Sample Receiving Area

Sample login, coding, chain of custody, storage conditions and retention samples.

Documentation & Quality Section

SOPs, raw data review, certificates of analysis, audits and quality assurance sign-off.

Session 3 — Instrument orientation

Instruments you will see up close

For each instrument students learn what it does, where it is used, which industries depend on it and which careers involve operating it.
